The construct does not discriminate. Allies and enemies alike lose access to their madra while the Archstone operates. This area-of-effect suppression makes it a strategic weapon rather than a personal one: it levels the battlefield by stripping everyone of their sacred arts, favoring whoever holds the advantage in numbers or physical strength.
