The Weeping Dragon sleeps in the upper atmosphere on a bed of clouds miles long. Its cult, the Stormcallers, channels madra born from actual Weeping Dragon madra — forever carrying a measure of the Dreadgod’s hunger and will. Stormcallers wear scripted rings of lightning around each arm and steal the madra of others.

The Dragon’s remains became the Scales of the Weeping Dragon (blue sapphire mail armor forming full body protection) and Wavedancer was reforged as a gold and white thunderbolt blade with a blue spark corona, incorporating the Dragon’s core binding. [WB Ch.24, Ch.34]
